The ice on the bay is thinner than it was a few weeks ago, but it hasn't thawed yet. It looks like the top layer had thawed just a bit, then was water was pushed by the wind to make those interesting patterns. Happy Friday!

Boy, that looks cold cold cold! We had rain and hail here today and I thought it was cold, but I'm acclimated to California now and I don't think I know the meaning of the word anymore!
